This subject matter expert position manages the portfolio management process effectively and smoothly. Strategically oversees and manages the ITS portfolio of projects and ensures alignment with business goals. The role works closely with ITS Intake and the ITS PMO to ensure projects move through the lifecycle efficiently and are initiated in alignment with the prioritized roadmap.

Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects, facilitate meetings, and lead agile teams to achieve goals. The Project Manager will coordinate with stakeholders on project approval, priorities, and change management, proactively managing dependencies and reporting on project status.

In this role, you will lead the execution of complex, cross-functional programs that drive the development of advertising features, systems and data products, coordinating work across engineering, product, data science, and cross-company and external partners to deliver scalable, privacy-compliant solutions. You'll play a key role in influencing system design, driving architectural alignment, and ensuring program goals are met on time.

Manage end-to-end deployment of our DFR projects, which involve complex hardware, software, and service integrations, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within scope, and to Flock’s high standards. Coordinate efforts across teams and third-party vendors, tackle logistical challenges, and drive process improvements to support the scaling of the DFR program.

As a Program Manager in the Security Programs team, you will work with the Security organization to build and drive meaningful business and security outcomes through complex XFN programs while empowering our engineering/product teams to act as owners of security risk. The Security Programs team aims to be “cohesive tissue” for critical initiatives as a strategic partner with the Security team and broader business to drive security outcomes.
